In a Gotham overrun by monsters, Gordon operates as a bounty hunter, determined to uncover the truth behind the escapees from Indian Hill and the reasons their abilities seem to be harming them. At the same time, Bruce's lookalike is causing trouble throughout the city, while Barbara and Tabitha embark on a new venture by launching a nightclub named The Sirens.
