Episode Overview
A tax investigator shows up to question Oscar regarding discrepancies in fuel taxes. In response, Oscar teams up with Hank to devise a plan to sidestep any additional tax payments. Meanwhile, Davis is feeling down about losing his free coffee at the Ruby, and in a fit of frustration, he decides to take it out on the community by issuing a flurry of parking tickets.
