Maven envisions a bridge inspired by his own nose, but a local environmentalist poses a significant obstacle to his plans. The arbiter must employ his negotiation talents to find a solution that could satisfy his adversary. However, chaos ensues when the bumbling chef Reerdon enters the fray.
