Magistrado Galindo has secretly brought in a cache of weapons to the pueblo, planning to deploy them when the Eagle gives the command to topple the government. However, he’s struggling to acquire gunpowder. Noticing that the army has a significant reserve at the cuartel, Galindo hatches a plan to steal it for his own purposes.
