Episode Overview

After receiving an unexpected invitation to deliver a lecture at a nearby business school, Les feels overwhelmed, but Seth eases his anxiety by crafting the speech for him. Will Les manage to deliver it successfully, or will Seth's words lead to chaos? Meanwhile, Ashley and Bobby J escalate their feud over a stash of Nerf guns, and tensions rise dramatically when an aspiring ventriloquist enters the scene with a dummy that looks eerily like one of the Golds.
