Poopdeck Pappy becomes unnerved by an eerie flute tune that floats around him. Initially, Popeye and Olive are unaware of the strange sound, but Pappy recounts a tale from his past. He reveals how he fell for a stunning sea maiden, only to discover she was actually the Wicked Seahag in disguise, trying to lure him into her trap.
