Boss attempts to reintroduce the mean green machine, but it soon falls into the hands of the original thief who plans to rob the Hazzard Emporium of its gold. However, when the vehicle malfunctions, the crooks decide to abduct Cooter, hoping to force him to repair it and use him as leverage for insurance purposes.
