A former employee of the Company, haunted by trauma from a past mission, claims she’s been experiencing bizarre lights and eerie sounds at her remote home near an Indian burial site in the small town of Devil's Ridge. Skeptical of her claims, Jason sends St. John and Mike to check it out, attributing her reports to her mental health struggles. However, the disturbances are actually linked to a stolen advanced helicopter, a third variant of Airwolf known as "The Scorpion," which is concealed in the area, awaiting collection by KGB operatives.
