Jimmy is livid when his mother confesses her feelings for another woman. Despite his anger, he feels compelled to stand by her side in court as she asks him to advocate for her right to marry her partner. At the same time, Eugene grapples with his principles after encountering one of his client’s victims in a clothing store, leading him to refuse to defend a rapist.
