Episode Overview

The boys, followed by Bub, find themselves in one-on-one confrontations with the new family living across the street, putting the good neighbor policy to the test. Steve tries to lecture them about their behavior, but his commute gets interrupted when an inconsiderate driver bumps into his car while he's backing out of the driveway. To his surprise, the driver is Mr. Kaylor, the very neighbor they’ve been having trouble with.
