Tim, a trout farmer, kicks off his week in Gloucester by sourcing many of his own ingredients. He goes fishing to catch fresh trout and hunts rabbits for dinner. In addition to preparing his own meals, he invites his guests to join in the fun by cooking their own dishes during the evening.
