Despite her wishes, Dana declines to perform the operation. However, when Terri Ann ends up in the ER, Dana starts to question her decision. Meanwhile, Peter investigates the menopause-related side effects experienced by a transvestite and offers guidance to Marc on navigating the complexities of adolescence. Additionally, Lu and Lana search for a fitting consequence for two teenagers who vandalized the hospital with graffiti.
