Baltimore sportscaster Mark "Flex" Washington's carefree bachelor lifestyle is thrown into chaos when his spirited 14-year-old daughter, Breanna, moves in with him full-time. Flex, who enjoys a laid-back routine filled with junk food, sports, and dating, is suddenly faced with the challenges of single parenthood. Breanna, who has always relished her unstructured visits with her dad, now finds herself navigating a more permanent living situation due to her mother’s new job.
