After surviving an Army plane crash in the remote jungles of Peru, Jim Ellison relied on his primal instincts for almost two years. Upon returning to the United States as a police lieutenant, he realized that the skills that helped him endure in the wild had also enhanced his sensory perceptions. Teaming up with Captain Simon Banks and graduate student Blair Sandburg, Jim now seeks to harness these extraordinary abilities to track down a dangerous terrorist known as the Switchman.
