Throttle receives a promotion and is tasked with returning to Mars alongside Carbine. Meanwhile, Rimfire, Modo's nephew, takes over Throttle's previous role but struggles to meet expectations. As a result, Carbine ultimately decides to revoke Throttle's promotion due to Rimfire's inability to step up.
