The Biker Mice find themselves cornered in Detroit, facing off against their longtime foes, Limburger and Napoleon Brie, who are plotting to take over Chicago using the Regenerator and the aliens they hold. As they navigate this perilous situation, the heroes must also contend with doubts about Stoker's loyalty. Meanwhile, Charley and Carbine are on a mission to locate the Biker Mice but unexpectedly encounter a mysterious mouse from Stoker's history—his daughter, Spitfire.
