Back in Star City, Felicity's efforts to uncover Diaz's whereabouts are hindered by Diggle, whose commitment to ARGUS now prevents him from involving civilians like her. Acknowledging that she can't depend on her previous team or tactics, a determined Felicity decides to seek a different approach to pursue Diaz.
