When Laura's psychiatrist recommends her admission to a private psychiatric facility, both Birgitte and Phillip quickly support the decision. However, complications arise when Birgitte's tax reforms require her to personally cover the hospital expenses. Amidst these challenges, Birgitte and Phillip begin to reconnect and rekindle their affection for each other, even as Phillip continues his involvement with Cecilie.
