Episode Overview

Takahiro Ono, a student of Japanese, is discovered submerged in the water on an unusually serene day. With no signs of life, lifeguards rush in to perform a desperate resuscitation. Using a defibrillator, they manage to revive him. Just ten minutes later, Taka regains full consciousness, but the cause of his emergency remains a mystery. Meanwhile, on Australia Day, beachgoers gather to celebrate, but a group of partygoers finds themselves floating towards New Zealand on inflatable toys. Amid the bustling crowd at Bondi, the lifeguards and those they rescue face humorous language barriers as they try to communicate.
