Episode Overview

During an anniversary cruise arranged by their children, Ruby and Ryan, Linda’s husband Micky gets excessively drunk and accidentally falls overboard. At his memorial service, Linda’s longtime friends, Sue and Gail, are present, each grappling with their own issues. Sue, the editor of a bridal magazine called Adored, finds herself pushed out by her business partner and former lover, John, to make room for a younger replacement. Meanwhile, Gail, recently divorced, struggles with her mother Edna’s dementia and her son Tom, who has just been released from prison but is under strict supervision. Sue’s son Andrew considers taking legal action against John, while Linda uncovers Ruby’s secret affair with Tom. Suddenly, a mysterious woman knocks on Linda’s door.
