Randall is determined to show Karen he’s a responsible dad, so he takes on the challenge of looking after Hopson. At the same time, Delbert and Rusty launch a carnival on the newly seized island. Dusty, despite being stuck at his desk, goes to extraordinary lengths to make it to the festivities. Meanwhile, Bullet disguises himself as a plush toy in an attempt to get closer to an attractive woman at the carnival.
