Episode Overview

Hercules, Jason, and Iolaus come to the aid of a man plummeting from the sky, nearly drowning upon landing in the water. Strangely, he has no recollection of his identity or origins. Hercules quickly uncovers that this bewildered individual is, in fact, Hephaestus, his half-brother and the God of Steel. It turns out that Hera, their mother, has cast a punishment upon him, transforming him into a mortal.
