Episode Overview

Renowned double Michelin-star chef Michel Roux Jr and Masterchef connoisseur Gregg Wallace are searching for a young chef poised to rise in the culinary world. In this quarter-final round, six talented chefs must impress Michel and Gregg by preparing a unique dish that showcases their skills and taste. After this initial challenge, two contestants will be eliminated. The remaining four chefs will then present a two-course menu to some of the UK’s toughest food critics. Only two will advance to the semi-finals, bringing them closer to the coveted title of Professional Masterchef.
