In Hancock, a woman is arrested due to outstanding traffic warrants, only to discover an unexpected charge during the booking process that jeopardizes her release. Concurrently, in Virginia Beach, a confrontational man is taken into custody for public intoxication and soon needs medical assistance as his condition worsens.
