Worried about safeguarding his gang's hold over the city, Scales strikes a risky deal with Fleming, intending to invite the menacing villain, Razer, into their domain. Vince, however, intercepts Razer before he can arrive, masquerading as the feared antagonist to blend into Scales’ crew. As Vince navigates this dangerous territory, Fleming grapples with his darker self, Chess, while Orwell finds himself in a gloomy mindset, suggesting troubling times ahead.
