Episode Overview
Captain Gloria Neal, an old acquaintance of Westphall, comes to ensure all is in place for an emergency as the First Lady travels through the region. Meanwhile, Ehrlich causes distress for a mother and her child when he nonchalantly reveals suspicions of child abuse. Clarendon confronts Rosenthal's children as he opts to move in with them. In a separate storyline, Shirley, who is out on bail and anticipating her trial, makes her return to St. Eligius.
