Title: Brighter Tomorrows Plot: Carol tries to cope with her split from Nick by binge-watching a ""Xanadu"" marathon. Meanwhile, Ed finds himself representing a nervous bride who is suing her hairdresser for a disastrous pre-wedding trim. Struggling with her stagnant relationship with Mike, Nancy takes the initiative to bring excitement into their lives by launching a book club. In his quest to win Carol's heart, Ed takes a daring step, but his actions backfire, leading to a series of mix-ups and misunderstandings.
