Slick, a malevolent meta-human with the ability to shift between solid and liquid forms, is contracted by Dr. Quinzel to eliminate the honest officers obstructing her plans. As Reese becomes the latest target, Helena steps in to protect him, and their chemistry deepens. At the same time, Barbara accepts Dinah's claim of being a mere runaway, although Helena harbors doubts about the truth of Dinah's situation.
