Episode Overview
The Joes are enjoying a getaway at Volcania, often referred to as 'Club Joe.' Meanwhile, General Hawk has been stationed there after being deemed too old by his superiors. Cobra seizes the opportunity to launch an assault on Volcania, taking over the island. Destro unveils advanced weaponry, which Cobra Commander menaces the world with. When his demands go unmet, Cobra Commander’s fury escalates, leading him to open fire on the California River bridge, causing chaos and fear.
