The Vice Squad looks into an amusement arcade manager believed to be luring young runaways into a life of prostitution. PC Sparkes finds himself in a difficult position when the teenage boy, who has formed a bond with the manager, develops a crush on him, complicating his undercover assignment. During a raid orchestrated by the Vice Squad, Sparkes is misidentified as a customer, adding to the tension of the situation.
