Episode Overview
Danny approaches Doug for a recommendation letter to help him advance to a driver position at IPS, but Doug isn’t keen on the idea. To help her brother, Carrie steps in and writes the letter herself, convincing Doug to sign it. Danny successfully lands the job, but things take a turn when he challenges Doug’s delivery times, putting Doug’s position at risk. As Danny impresses the boss with his speed, he is then assigned to Doug’s route, raising tensions between the two.
