Ron and Jill embarked on a major renovation project to add a second floor to their home, but unfortunately, the contractors they hired delivered subpar work. As a result, they were left with an uninhabitable house and significant financial strain. Convinced they had been defrauded, they pursued legal action against the contractors, but their case was dismissed due to legal loopholes. With no other option, they decided to sell their cottage to recover some losses. During an inspection, Mike discovered numerous issues with the structure and plumbing. Determined to help Ron and Jill return to their cherished home, Mike and his team worked tirelessly to rectify the shoddy work, ensuring everything met code and completing the impressive addition beautifully.
