While traveling to Button Moon, Mr. and Mrs. Spoon along with their daughter Tina Teaspoon enjoy a performance by a paper circus. Looking through his telescope, Mr. Spoon spots his longtime friend Scruffy the dog, who is feeling sad because his best buddy Basil is about to relocate.
