Determined to win the top prize at a local pet beauty contest, Mr. Bean decides to enter his loyal friend, Scrapper, as the star contestant. Despite Scrapper’s less-than-glamorous appearance, Bean is convinced that with a little grooming and a lot of imagination, they can charm the judges. Of course, his unconventional preparations lead to a series of ridiculous mishaps, turning the competition into a hilariously chaotic event that only Mr. Bean could orchestrate.
