Mr. Bean discovers his passport photo is outdated and sets off to get a new one. What should be a simple errand quickly spirals into chaos as he tries everything from DIY photo booths to bribing a photographer with a toy. His antics include using a fake mustache, a giant hat, and even a dog as a prop—all with disastrous results. By the end, he somehow gets a photo, but it’s far from ordinary.
