Unable to afford a real smartphone, Mr. Bean builds his own version out of a large rucksack. He paints a screen on the front and attaches various household items to represent different apps. He uses a spatula for a phone, a whisk for the camera, and a roll of tape for maps. Despite the absurd design, he proudly carries his creation around town, attempting to take photos and make calls with his bizarre invention.
