Tzo, a young boy without a father, struggles to obtain fish flags for his community. Seeing his plight, Doraemon steps in with his cloud machine, creating a magical solution. The machine produces tiny fish flags that rapidly mature, ready to support Tzo. With this newfound resource, Tzo can finally participate in the festivities, bringing joy to his life and his neighborhood.
