Halloween at Chastain turns out to be just as eerie as in previous years. Conrad is assigned to evaluate a young woman who has been admitted due to severe night terrors. At the same time, Devon experiences his inaugural Halloween shift in the ER. Nic becomes anxious about her choice to invite her newly sober sister to Mina's legendary Halloween bash. Meanwhile, Bell discovers a creative method to utilize his new assistant.
