He was an infamous American serial killer, rapist, kidnapper, and necrophile responsible for the abduction and murder of numerous young women from 1974 to 1978. Despite spending over ten years denying his crimes, he ultimately admitted to 30 murders shortly before his execution. However, the actual number of his victims is still uncertain and may be significantly greater.
