Episode Overview
Despite thwarting Palmer's assassination, Jack finds himself arrested, and his claims about his abducted wife and daughter go unacknowledged. Realizing that their safety depends on his ability to assist Gaines, Jack understands that he needs to break free. Meanwhile, at Gaines' hideout, Teri and Kimberly fight for their survival, and back at CTU, it comes to light that a mole has set up surveillance, allowing Gaines to monitor their every action.
