Concerned about the dwindling number of residents in Hooterville, Oliver decides to convene a town meeting to address the issue of young people leaving. Despite Lisa's warnings against his meddling, citing that his "goo dooding" often leads to trouble, he presses on. Before he knows it, he finds himself having committed his barn to serve as the new youth center for the community.
