Jasper the Penguin (2003)

Episode Overview

Jasper finds the newspaper boy's cap lying on the ground and returns it to him. He then realizes that the boy has scattered all of his papers. Quickly, Jasper rushes to gather them up and hands them back. As people start to clamor for their morning news, Jasper grabs a newspaper, rolls it into a megaphone, and begins to read aloud the headlines.
