As Darrin languishes in jail, Samantha discovers that the bedwarmer is, in fact, a warlock cursed by a fellow witch. The mastermind behind the spell is none other than Serena. In a clever move, Samantha sends Serena back in time to retrieve the incantation that ensnared the warlock. With this issue resolved, Samantha turns her attention to the pressing challenge of exonerating Darrin from the wrongful charges against him.
