Title: Bullies Plot: Following a confrontation with Shendu, Valmont decides to retain the Dragon Talisman of combustion for his own use. He brazenly infiltrates the U.S. Mint and seriously injures Captain Black in the process. With all the gold from the reserve in his possession, Valmont poses a significant threat. Jackie faces a tough challenge as he must outsmart Valmont to reclaim the talisman, leveraging his cleverness this time rather than just brute strength against Valmont's formidable abilities.
