Episode Overview

In the rapid-fire first round, the chefs have only 20 minutes to whip up appetizers using clams and a sweet dried fruit. Moving on to the entree challenge, they must incorporate squid ink along with a bold-flavored candy into their dishes. Finally, for dessert, they face the mystery basket featuring beans for a pie and a sorbet-based alcoholic beverage.
