Mr. Burns attempts to recapture his past fame and encounters a shadowy music mogul. After being swindled and left broke, he plots revenge against the producer, enlisting the help of Homer, Bart, rapper Jazzy James, and the mogul's ex-wife, Praline. Meanwhile, Lisa finds herself being pursued by the wealthiest kid in town, Smithers embarks on a risky adventure, and Marge launches a quirky boutique.
