Binghamton has gathered enough proof to initiate a court-martial against McHale and the 73 Crew, calling in the Judge Advocate General to present his findings. In response, McHale and his crew must devise an elaborate scheme to coax Binghamton into disclosing the location of this incriminating evidence, allowing them to dispose of it before the JAG arrives on the scene.
