Title: Identity Plot: Jessica takes it upon herself to help a homeless veteran secure identification so he can enter a shelter. At the same time, Sammy is resolute in his efforts to rescue a dog he unintentionally injured by shooting it in the leg. Meanwhile, Lydia faces a significant personal challenge while collaborating with Ruben to probe the murder of a man who provided refuge and support to vulnerable women.
