Ethan dreams of becoming a comic book artist, but his attempts to get published are met with repeated rejections. One day, he receives an invitation to a comic shop, where he discovers a rare copy of "The Ghastly Grinner." In a twist of fate, he inadvertently brings the villain to life, unleashing chaos as the Grinner begins transforming everyone into uncontrollable, giggling fools.
