Episode Overview
As the investigation into Sheldon Jin's murder progresses, Voight finds himself scrutinized by Internal Affairs yet remains firmly in charge of the intelligence unit. What begins as a standard undercover operation takes a dramatic turn when Voight's SUV is struck by another vehicle while pursuing an armored car transporting Ruzek. Meanwhile, Burgess is introduced to her new partner, Sean Roman, and the atmosphere is tense from the outset, leading her to uncover deeper issues in his background. After a grueling day, Lindsay decides to reconnect with someone she hasn’t seen in ages.
